- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The medical profession is a service and as consumers we have the choice to choose where we spend our money. Patients are customers. Would service affect whether you returned to a restaurant or not? I would echo Eiger 100% and also add that it extends to the nursing staff as well. One nurse is always very rude at appointments and the nurse that answers the phone has been unable to find my records or proper medications and has problems understanding a great deal of my requests and questions. Dr. Taylor is great but I have considered changing physicians because of the nursing and receptionist staff.March 31, 2017by A Google User
