  After my mother just died, a blonde, heavy set nurse, on the third floor, decided I didn't need to see my mother and wanted to spend time with her and say my last respects but didn't let me do that just to be told they had to get her ready to be sent away. My sister that's going into nursing, said she heard nothing but bad reviews on this place, and from my experience I'd say so. This place seems like a joke.

  Please be careful with this CHI they are thieves when it comes to billing. They have taken my money from credit card without my knowledge and at the same time made me pay monthly

  The process during pregnancy was easy. Now 6 months after the birth of my child, I get calls from collections agencies. 3 so far... For different things. I'm a disabled veteran, I gave them my paperwork, but they decided to send the large bills to collections instead of notifying me or sending the bill to the VA. Going back and forth through everybody is getting ridiculous. And according to the VA, this isn't the first time Lakeside has been an issue.
