  This was my first time for an oxygen facial and I wasn't sure what to expect. I have sensitive skin and I didn't want to break out. My whole experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. I was so relaxed and my specialist was very attentive to my requests. I would highly recommend BodyBrite and I will definitely go back again. My face felt so clean and soft and truly had a glow to it.

  It all started with a groupon for 3 laser treatments. I have been addicted ever since. This place is affordable, and they are flexible with payment options as well as appointments. I absolutely love the results of my treatments, but that is not why I continue to go here. The entire staff is amazing. I am not a shy girl to begin with, but Laura makes me feel totally comfortable every time I come in. Everyone in the office maintains their professionalism while making it seem like were all old friends. I cant wait to try more of the services they offer but when it comes to laser hair removal, I would never go anywhere else!

  I made an appointment several weeks ago for laser hair removal. I received a reminder via text two days before my appointment to which I confirmed. I received a phone call two hours before my appointment saying I never confirmed (lie #1) and asked if I could come in a half hour earlier than my appointment. I called back and said that I would not be able to come in until my initial time. The woman said that wasn't going to work because it was going to push 5 other people back (lie #2). I told her I didn't understand what was going on. She told me to hold on when she proceeded to have a conversation with an employee and I overheard her saying, "should I just tell her the truth?" and "are you okay if I'm honest with her". When she got back on the phone questioned her about her conversation. She told me she didn't know how to tell me that the person scheduled to complete my laser hair removal knew me and was uncomfortable performing the service. Had she told me this in the first place I would have been happy to reschedule. When I asked to speak with a manager she informed me she was the OWNER. I asked if she made it a habit of lying to her clients to which she replied, "ugh, whatever" and hung up on me. So, needless to say I will not be going to Body Brite for any services. I will make sure that my story is known to all who will listen.
