  I was interested in using the OWL diet to meet my weight loss goals, and had a good feeling about this place. When I walked in they were friendly and professional. The place had nice decor and was relaxing. However, that good feeling disappeared the moment I stepped on their scale. The scale put me at 20 pounds heavier than I had weighed in at my primary clinic a week prior! I listened to the entire presentation, and didn't learn a thing from the doctor that wasn't already on the website. It was advertised as a FREE consultation to talk about the OWL diet, but after the doctor got rolling he informed me I would be paying a $150 fee. I hesitated on paying out the $450 to start the OWL diet with them b/c of my misgivings on the scale, and the surprise $150. To his credit, the doctor was honest with me about how my current PTSD treatment might influence my ability to follow the diet, and didn't try to pressure me into something that might fail. He even said if I purchased his book he'd credit me back if I later purchased the Hcg shots. (The book is included in the OWL Diet price.) I went ahead and bought the book to read up on the diet in full, and I might still go back to try to shots after I talk to my personal physician. This is my first time trying to lose weight, and I'm eager to make the right choice for me. As a side note, I went home and stepped on my own scale, which confirmed their scale was off. To double check, I went out and bought a brand new scale, which gave me the same answer: 20lbs lighter than they said.

  DO NOT GO HERE FOR BOTOX. I am 35 yrs old and have gotten botox 3 times. I have NEVER had a problem. I did Dr. Abbott's entire recommendation. It did not work completely so I went in again 2 weeks later. I live an hour and a half away. He redid a few spots. 2 weeks later, no improvement. He had me come in again to tell me that it is not him, it's me. That I am immune to botox and to find another Dr.. I spent $440.00 for NOTHING. He was not personable and didn't seem to care about my business at all. Every time I have gone elsewhere it has worked perfectly! Due to closing of their facility I cannot go where I always have gone.I think they must use a diluted botox or something...Would never go here again.
