  Dr Fuller was very unhelpful, wouldn't listen to me and interrupted me multiple times. He insisted that the reason i couldn't sleep at night was that i had insomnia and not post 2 level cervical fusion pain. He refuses to believe he could ever be wrong. Was puzzled when looking at my mri and stated i had a bulging disk. Actually stenosis is the correct answer.

  Will never return. Was referred by CHI. Told Joyce at the front desk that I would just need a moment on the phone to arrange the $400 payment for the visit. She refused to let me arrange the payment. Said I either hand over cash or a card immediately or my appointment wasn't going to happen. Poor customer service and a total waste of my time. I'll be going back to my physical therapist and chiropractor for a different referral. Don't waste your time with these people and for god sakes stay away from Joyce at the front desk. She has absolutely no people skills. If these are the kind if people Dr Fuller employees I can only imagine the kind of service I would have received. Likely a blessing in disguise. Every place I have received services from this has been willing to work with myself and the other parties insurance to make sure the payments are made and I get the care i need, not Dr Fuller.
