  Switched to Geico after doing an online quote and found it to be around $150 a month less for entire family, called because after seeing the price I thought I must have missed something and I wasn't seeing it. The rep over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable and was even able to get the insurance cost lower than my online quote.

  I rarely write reviews, however this time I had to. Jamie Cole is great to work with. I have not worked with anyone else at this office so I can't talk on their behalf. I was with my previous company for 26 years, it was difficult to think of leaving them, but with two teenage boys with sportier cars my bill skyrocketed. I spoke with Jamie and explained my hesitation about changing companies, fees changing after the policy was active for a while, and other items. It took me over two months to switch. I talked to Jamie SEVERAL times asking her to quote me different fees for different options, never did she seem frustrated. I ended up with four vehicles insured, $250 deductible, and accident forgiveness for over 1/3 cheaper than my other company. One of our cars has had a few mechanical problems and has needed a tow three times. Each time getting a tow was easy from the app, my rates didn't go up, and the follow up was nice. Recently we got a new car and sold one. The transfer was easy and once again, Jamie took care of me. I recommend choosing Geico and Jamie.
