- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment for my dog. We got there just a few minutes early and then ended up having to wait over 45 minutes before we were seen. Once we finally got to talk to the vet, she left in the middle of me explaining the issue to go do something else. Finally, we decided on the test we wanted to run and they took my dog back for samples. They had to take her back twice because they forgot things apparently. They told me they would call me later that day with the results. Now it is 5 days later and they still have not called me with the test results. I have called twice and they have no answers for me. I feel like they don't care about me or my dog. I love Banfield. I have taken all of my pets to other Banfields, but this location is horrible. Do not take your pet here. Go somewhere else.
